Medicare & Billing:

• You are licensed by Medicare to meet the home medical equipment needs of seniors.
• Certified provider in good standing with both WI Medial Assistance & Medicare.
• Accept T-19 maximum as payment in full for the products covered by the Family Care benefit.
• We accept Medicare assignment.
• Open to negotiation on price for high cost/high volume supplies and equipment.

Specialty Service:

• Full line of DME & DMS products offered to conform to the requirement of offering all the supplies and equipment covered by the Family Care Benefit.
• Member trials, fittings and demonstrations available both in-store and in-home (furthermore pre-arrangements can be made to ensure that product can be received even in the event a member cannot be present).
• Geriatric specialty – we recognize and cater to home-bound customers and are accustomed to providing add-on services such as taking out the garbage on the way out and delivering supplies STAT (when they never even noticed they had taken the last unit last week… and need the next dose "Right Away").
• Full service repair and maintenance capabilities in-house (we service all non-manufacturer's warranties in-house as needed).
• Evening and weekend delivery and fittings easily accommodated.
• Certified Jobst stocking fitter on staff.
• We offer, at no additional cost, un-boxing the product, labeling the bags and simple storage/inventory of product upon standard delivery (for those who request assistance).
• We provide Home Medical service 24/7.
